If I place a shipment order today, when will it ship out?
Our next ship out dates are July 13-July 15.

What days do you ship?
Monday-Wednesday. The deadline for shipping is Sunday at midnight. Any orders placed after that will be shipped the following week, not upcoming.

How much is shipping?  
Shipping is automatically calculated via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. 

How long will it take to be delivered once shipped? 
1-3 Days.
Please note, USPS time is not guaranteed. Sometimes delays occur, and we are not responsible for late orders due to the courier. For the most accurate delivery, we suggest using UPS.

What if I ship a package to the wrong address?  
In the event
, that the address you provided is incorrect, we will not be able to refund you and you will need to place a new order. 

In-Store Pick Up (No Contact): 
Before you check-out, select "Pick Up In-Store", pick a date and time (put curser over the hour to change the time) - same day orders will require at least 30 minutes to fulfill, and enter your name and phone number. Pick up is at our retail location on 3211 W. Armitage Ave. All pick up orders are no contact pick ups. All pick up orders must be placed online right now.
